BATU are pleased to announce the signing of a two year comprehensive agreement with the largest construction firm in Ireland, John Sisk & Son Ltd.

The agreement covers the categories of workers represented by BATU and ensures that our members will be employed on a PAYE basis and will receive terms and conditions of employment no less favourable than those contained in the Construction Industry Sectoral Employment Order (SEO).

The agreement also includes a Dispute Resolution Process which will ensure that any issues that arise are resolved in an orderly manner.

The agreement was signed by BATU following a general meeting and secret ballot of our members employed by the company.
